AGC is pleased to announce that two of its attorneys, Matt Gorman and Anthony Marinaccio, recently served as featured speakers at the annual Apartment Owner Association convention on May 20, 2010 at the Long Beach Convention Center. Their presentation, “A Landlord’s Guide to Avoiding Lawsuits,” discussed the important steps that landlords, property owners, apartment managers, and others can take to minimize their exposure to claims and lawsuits filed by tenants.
