Susan Henderson is a Senior Associate in Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin’s Personnel and Labor Law and Education Law practice groups. Ms. Henderson’s experience includes representing and advising clients in all employment-related matters including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wage and hour disputes.
Ms. Henderson earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law and B.A. in History from the University of California, Riverside. She began her career in the insurance and computer software industries before attending law school and clerked for Hon. John A. Houston at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California after graduating from law school.
Ms. Henderson is a member of the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association (EBGBA) and has been twice elected to the EBGBA Board of Directors, serving as Board Secretary. She is also a member of the National Bar Association (NBA) and has served on planning subcommittees for multiple NBA Commercial Law Section Annual Corporate Counsel conferences.
