Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin is pleased to announce that an article authored by three of the Firm’s attorneys has been published in two publications of the American Bar Association: The Urban Lawyer, a legal journal of contemporary on state and local matters, and At The Cutting Edge 2010, the ABA’s award-winning publication which features articles of particular merit or importance.
AGC’s article selected for publication, entitled “Fair Housing for Sober Living,” was authored by partner Matthew M. Gorman and associates Anthony Marinaccio and Christopher Cardinale. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the complex federal and state law requirements of regulating sober living facilities – material which has been largely untreated in any legal text thus far. A link to this article can be opened by clicking here.
As stated in the Introduction to At The Cutting Edge 2010, articles selected for that publication “are indeed the best of the best in all respects.” AGC is proud of this achievement by Mr. Gorman, Mr. Marinaccio, and Mr. Cardinale, and the efforts each has made in this field of law and their efforts to advance the legal profession in general.
Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin brings this same innovative approach to its clients, day-in and day-out. To learn more about AGC, its group of dedicated attorneys, and its practice areas, please contact Mr. Gorman via phone (707.944.0540) or e-mail mgorman@agclawfirm.com.
