AGC Managing Partner Arnold M. Alvarez-Glasman was recently invited to speak before the Independent Cities Association at its annual summer seminar on July 14, 2012. Mr. Alvarez-Glasman’s presentation offered insight on issues relating to redevelopment agencies and their past, present, and future in California. Of particular importance, Mr. Alvarez-Glasman explained central aspects of AB 1484, a redevelopment bill signed into law on June 27, 2012, along with recent agency action arising from AB 1484’s passage.
