On August 4, 2010, AGC attorneys Matt Gorman and Anthony Marinaccio conducted a seminar for the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Orange County on the subject of California Redevelopment Law entitled: “How to Use Redevelopment Law in Your Real Estate Practice.” The presentation offered an overview of the redevelopment process, the role of developers and real estate professionals in that process, and the financial and other benefits available to real estate brokers, agents, investors, and developers who participate in redevelopment projects.
