AGC Attorneys to Present at Municipal Green Building Conference and Expo

Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin is pleased to announce that its LEED®-accredited attorneys, Eve Nichelini and Teresa Chen, have been selected to present a case study on the Town of Yountville’s Community Center at this year’s Municipal Green Building Conference and Expo, held in Downey, California, on April 14, 2010. The presentation includes a discussion of the sustainable building methods incorporated into the Community Center project, which was built with the goal of obtaining LEED® Gold and is in the process of certifying its achievement. The presentation will also cover legal considerations of a sustainable building project. Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin is proud to provide this rare combination of sustainable building advocacy and legal expertise to conference attendees.

The annual conference is hosted by Southern California Gas Company and the United States Green Building Council – Los Angeles Chapter, and is attended by sustainable building advocates in the private and public sectors of Southern California. Each year, architects, engineers, sustainable building specialists, and municipal policy makers gather to learn more about sustainable design, construction, and operations for buildings and communities.
