Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin is pleased to announce that Roger Colvin, Senior Partner and Founding Member of the Firm, has been selected as a panelist for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Neutral Evaluation (“NE”) Program. Under the NE Program, Mr. Colvin will mediate civil litigation cases filed in the Superior Court’s East District (Pomona).
The NE Program allows parties, through their counsel, to make early post-complaint filing summary presentations of their claims and defenses, including key evidence as developed, and to receive a non-binding “evaluation” by the neutral panelist. Mr. Colvin has been chosen to evaluate civil rights litigation, police misconduct and First Amendment zoning issues, due to his well-regarded expertise in these fields.
