STRIP CLUB’S FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS NOT VIOLATED – AGC PREVAILS ON SUMMARY JUDGMENT IN FEDERAL LAWSUIT

Plaintiff is an adult cabaret strip club located in the City of Pomona. City officials conducted periodic code inspections, which resulted in citations being issued to the strip club’s dancers. Plaintiff filed suit in federal court alleging that the inspections and citations issued chilled Plaintiff’s First Amendment rights. AGC filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court agreed with AGC’s argument that there were no constitutional violations and granted summary judgment on all claims.
