With 48 years of experience, Roger A. Colvin is a highly respected litigator specializing in liability defense and civil rights law. Throughout his career, Mr. Colvin has successfully represented individuals, municipalities, and public agencies in high-stakes litigation across state and federal courts, including the California Supreme Court. His expertise spans police misconduct, sexual harassment, premises liability, and other complex public agency and civil litigation matters. 

Mr. Colvin is known for his sharp legal strategies and in-depth understanding of civil rights law. He has managed numerous trials, appeals, and arbitrations, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Colvin has served as a Business Law Instructor at East Los Angeles Community College and has mentored many young attorneys within the firm.
