Eric Salbert is a Partner at Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin, with a focus on civil litigation. Mr. Salbert has a detailed understanding of the California Tort Claims Act and is able to manage complex governmental claims procedures. Before joining the firm, Mr. Salbert worked as a senior associate at a boutique litigation firm, where he handled contract disputes, real estate matters, anti-SLAPP litigation, and business torts. Mr. Salbert’s experience includes elder abuse actions and trust litigation. His background in environmental law further complements his legal skill set, giving him a comprehensive perspective on both compliance and litigation.
