Eric Salbert is a Partner at Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin, with a focus on civil litigation. His expertise includes defending municipal entities and private clients in civil rights claims, property disputes, eminent domain, and tort actions. Mr. Salbert has a detailed understanding of the California Tort Claims Act and is able to manage complex governmental claims procedures. His experience covers a broad range of litigation, including property damage, construction disputes, and environmental issues related to CEQA and NEPA.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Salbert worked as a senior associate at a boutique litigation firm, where he handled contract disputes, real estate matters, anti-SLAPP litigation, and business torts. Mr. Salbert’s experience includes elder abuse actions and trust litigation. His background in environmental law further complements his legal skill set, giving him a comprehensive perspective on both compliance and litigation.

While attending Pepperdine University School of Law, Mr. Salbert served as Literary Citations Editor for the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law.

With a strong track record in both state and federal courts, Mr. Salbert is a highly capable litigator committed to achieving practical solutions for his clients.
