Araceli Almazan is a Partner at Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin with extensive experience in both litigation and transactional law. She serves as Deputy City Attorney for various municipalities , providing legal guidance on civil litigation, municipal law, and various transactional matters. In these roles, she regularly advises local governments and public entities on issues related to policy, governance, and legal compliance.

Ms. Almazan’s expertise includes employment law, representing employers in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Additionally, she advises on employment-related matters such as disability accommodations, severance agreements, and human resource management. Her experience in healthcare litigation, representing California healthcare providers, involved handling disputes with health plans, insurance companies, and government entities.
