With over 46 years of experience in public agency law, Arnold M. Alvarez-Glasman is a recognized authority in California’s legal community. A native of Montebello, Mr. Glasman has built a distinguished career advising cities, school districts, municipalities, and other public agencies on a wide range of legal matters, including municipal law, education law, CEQA, real estate, land use, Brown Act, election law, FPPC, and conflict issues.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Glasman served his community for 12 years as a member of the Montebello City Council, including three terms as Mayor. He is also a passionate advocate for youth development. He has dedicated over 35 years to volunteering with the California YMCA Youth and Government Program and served as the Chairman of the Board for this unique statewide youth-oriented organization.
