Anthony Marinaccio is an Associate with the Firm, specializing in the area of redevelopment law, landlord-tenant issues, zoning and land use matters, environmental law and real estate law. Mr. Marinaccio has experience advising public agency and private entity clients on Jessica's Law, discrimination and Fair Housing laws, the Solar Rights Act, and the California Public Records Act.
Working closely with public agencies and their staff members, Mr. Marinaccio has advised clients on matters such as the Public Records Act, the Compassionate Use Act, affordable housing compliance, and public contracting.
Mr. Marinaccio holds a J.D. from Whittier Law School where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, he was a member of the Whittier Law Review. During law school, Mr. Marinaccio was awarded the prestigious CALI "Excellence for the Future" Awards in Constitutional Law, Local Government Law, and Remedies.
Prior to working at Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin, Mr. Marinaccio externed for U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Stephen J. Hillman where he worked on appeals for Social Security Disability benefits.
Mr. Marinaccio was born and raised in Arcadia, California. Prior to law school, Mr. Marinaccio attended the University of San Diego where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science.
