Nick Gharibian brings a strong background in legal research, discovery, and litigation support. With experience assisting attorneys in both transactional and litigation matters, Nick has developed a keen understanding of procedural and substantive legal issues.
During the summer of 2022, Nick externed for Judge George Bird at the Los Angeles Superior Court, where he drafted a bench memorandum analyzing CCP 437c(f)(2) and 1008 in preparation for a Plaintiff’s second summary judgment motion. He also conducted extensive research on unlawful detainer cases and assisted in drafting an opinion overruling a Defendant’s demurrer in a case involving unpaid rent.
From May 2022 to June 2023, Nick worked at Marchetti Law as a Law Clerk. In this role, he conducted legal research and writing, drafted complaints, meet-and-confer letters, and motions, and assisted in discovery by preparing plans, reviewing documents, and transcribing deposition summaries.
With a meticulous approach to legal work, Nick provides valuable support in discovery, legal analysis, and case preparation.
