Iain MacMillan
Associate

Iain MacMillan is an Associate with Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin, specializing in the area of Municipal Law, Employment Law and Education Law. He has performed legal services for the Cities of Pomona and Chico, and the Beverly Hills Unified School District, as well as other public agency clients. Additionally, he has advised the firm's public entity and private clients on constitutional law, land use, and environmental law.

Mr. MacMillan holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where he appeared on the Dean's List, and received the prestigious Emory Transactional Laws and Skills Certificate, awarded to students who complete the rigorous, innovative transactional curriculum designed to prepare students to add value to business transactions. Lastly, he completed Emory Law's Kessler-Eidson Trial Techniques Program, the nation's largest trial advocacy program.

Prior to embarking on a legal career, Iain was the Head Manager for the UCLA Men's Basketball Team from 2004 through 2008. During that period the Bruins made three Final Four appearances and were three-time Pac-10 Champions. Iain's responsibilities included coordinating equipment testing efforts between players and adidas, resulting in product-improvements of adidas equipment nationwide.
